• Direct interactions. You provide us with your Identity, Contact and Enquiry Data when you email or call us, or when you reply to our correspondence. This website has no contact form: every button on it opens your own email client or phone app.
• Automated technologies. As you browse this website, our hosting provider automatically collects Technical and Usage Data about your visit.

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. We use it in the following circumstances:

• To respond to your enquiry. We use your Identity, Contact and Enquiry Data to answer your message and, if the project goes ahead, to run it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to prospective client enquiries) and, once we are working together, performance of a contract.
• To keep the website running. We use Technical and Usage Data to keep the site available and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not use your personal data for marketing unless you have explicitly asked to hear from us.

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies that are required for the site to be served and to stay secure; these do not identify you personally and cannot be switched off.

If we add analytics in the future, this section will name the provider, and analytics cookies will only be set with your prior consent.
